Precision frying control
Temperature is the key to perfect frying. The PerfectFry Plus sensor continuously monitors the pan’s temperature, keeping it stable and preventing food from burning. Choose from 11 preset levels (70°C–220°C) and the hob will notify you when the ideal temperature is reached — ensuring flawless, professional results every time.
Seamless appliance interaction
Focus entirely on your cooking. The compatible Bosch hood connects to your hob via Home Connect and automatically adjusts its power level according to your cooking settings. Powered by an intelligent algorithm, it efficiently removes steam and odors without manual intervention — delivering a cleaner kitchen and effortless convenience every time.

Instant zone activation
Quick Start automatically activates the cooking zone where cookware is placed, saving time and simplifying the start of cooking. The hob detects the pot’s position and instantly assigns control to that zone, allowing you to set the power right away. This enables a fast, intuitive cooking start with no unnecessary steps.
Automatic time control
Simply set the desired cooking duration and let the hob handle the rest with precision. Once the selected time has elapsed, the corresponding cooking zone switches off automatically. Save time, avoid unnecessary effort, and enjoy greater convenience and safety in your daily cooking routine.
Protection from accidental use
Enjoy complete peace of mind in your kitchen. The Child Safety Lock disables the control panel to prevent unintended setting changes or accidental activation. Activated with a simple long press, it ensures enhanced safety and reliable protection for the whole family.
